By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Sora21 (the "Service") available at https://www.sora21.com.

1. The Service

Sora21 provides AI-powered tools to generate video content from text and/or images. The Service uses a credit-based system; each generation consumes credits.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to form a contract where you live. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may not use the Service unless a parent/guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under it.

3. User content and permissions

You retain rights to the content you submit ("Input") and the content generated for you ("Output"), subject to any third-party rights.

You grant us a limited license to process your Input to operate and improve the Service, including generating Output and maintaining safety, security, and compliance.

You represent you have the rights necessary to submit Input and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate laws or regulations.
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Generate or distribute content that is abusive, hateful, violent, pornographic/sexually explicit (including nudity), sexually exploitative, or otherwise unlawful.
• Generate, request, or depict sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors (zero tolerance).
• Generate, impersonate, or recreate the likeness of real individuals (including celebrities/public figures) without explicit permission/consent.
• Upload, link to, or provide images of other people for generation without the necessary rights and consent.
• Attempt to bypass content safety controls, filters, or policy enforcement.
• Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Content safety and moderation

We may use automated and/or manual measures to detect and prevent prohibited content. We may block requests, remove content, or restrict accounts when we believe there is a violation of these Terms or applicable law.

6. Credits, plans, and usage

• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be resold.
• The number of credits required per generation may change over time (we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes).
• Subscription plans (monthly/yearly) renew automatically unless canceled.
• Credits and plan benefits may expire or reset depending on the plan and billing period.

7. Payments, billing, and taxes

Payments and billing are processed by Creem (which may act as merchant of record). By completing a purchase, you also agree to applicable Creem buyer terms and notices:

Prices may change from time to time. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

8. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds (if any) are governed by our Refund Policy: /refund-policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that generated outputs will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sora21 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or used the Service in a way that could create risk or legal exposure.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
