Cancel Subscription

If you have an active subscription for Sora21, you can cancel it at any time to stop future renewals. Your access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

How to cancel

1. Sign in and open My Orders: /my-orders
2. Find your subscription order and click Manage Billing
3. In the customer portal, cancel your subscription
