Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made for Sora21 on https://www.sora21.com.

Payments are processed by Creem (as Merchant of Record in many cases). Where applicable, refunds may be handled through Creem’s systems, but you can always contact us at support@sora21.com and we will assist with your request.

1. Digital service and delivery

Sora21 provides digital services and credit-based access delivered electronically. Credits are typically available shortly after payment confirmation.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Refund eligibility

Because access is delivered immediately and usage can occur right away, refunds are generally not guaranteed. However, we may issue refunds in the following situations (at our discretion and where permitted by law):

5. Chargebacks
