This Content Policy applies to your use of Sora21 (the "Service") available at https://www.sora21.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Prohibited content (not allowed)

You may not use the Service to create, request, upload, or distribute any of the following:

Sexual content / NSFW

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content (including nudity or explicit sexual acts).
• Sexual services or solicitation.

Minors (zero tolerance)

• Any sexual content involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors.
• Any attempt to depict minors in sexual contexts (even fictional/animated).

Real people / celebrities / impersonation

• Creating or requesting content depicting real individuals (including celebrities or public figures) without explicit permission/consent.
• Uploading, linking to, or providing images of other people without the necessary rights and consent.
• Impersonation, deepfakes, or identity-based deception.

Illegal, harmful, or abusive content

• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, terrorism, or criminal wrongdoing.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or targeted abuse.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or privacy violations (doxxing).

Intellectual property and privacy

• Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
• Content that reveals sensitive personal data (IDs, addresses, private photos) without authorization.

2. What you must confirm when using images

If the Service allows image-based generation, you must only use images that:

• You own, or you have permission to use; and
• Do not depict real people (including celebrities/public figures) without consent.

We may reject external image URLs and require that images be hosted on the Service to reduce abuse.

3. Enforcement

To keep the Service safe and compliant, we may:

• Block prompts/requests that violate this Policy.
• Remove content and restrict or terminate accounts.
• Preserve limited records related to abuse prevention, disputes, and legal compliance.

If you believe content violates this Policy, contact support@sora21.com with any relevant details (order number, account email, timestamps, URLs).
